FieldPulse is supported on desktop computers, iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and Android tablets. Your account is synced across all devices, so you can use FieldPulse in the office or on the go.
To use FieldPulse on your computer, the WebApp can be accessed from any web browser (https://webapp.fieldpulse.com).
To use FieldPulse on an iPhone or iPad, simply download the FieldPulse mobile app from the App Store and log in with your credentials.
To use FieldPulse on an Android phone or tablet, download the FieldPulse mobile app from the Google Play Store and log in with your credentials.
Your team members can operate on different device types, i.e. iPhone or Android mobile phones. WebApp users can all be on the same team.
Yes! Our team can walk you through the process of authenticating your Xero account to seamlessly integrate your Customers, Invoices, Quotes and Payments.
With FieldPulse, you only pay for the users you need — when you need them. We understand there may be times when you require more staff and other times when you may require fewer. Team members can be activated or deactivated as needed. Any applicable charges accrued will be prorated, so you only pay for the portion of the month that was actually used.
There are three types of user roles you can assign to team members, depending on their role in your business.

Each user role comes with different permissions and capabilities within FieldPulse.
Admin
Receives full access to all Company Settings.
Manager
Creates and edits customers, jobs, and subtasks. Creates, edits, and sends estimates and invoices. Can view team schedules, status updates, and invoices, as well as all customers, team member geolocation tags, and team timesheets.
Service Agent
Updates assigned jobs and subtasks. Creates and sends estimates and invoices. Changes job status, attaches files, and adds comments. Can view assigned customer profiles and invoices from assigned jobs. Tracks individual time and timesheets.
Assignment Role
Assigned work by managers — for management purposes. Cannot log into the app. This is used for managers to be able to see who is assigned to what job.
Yes, FieldPulse allows you to add a secondary contact to both individual and company customer profiles, as well as alternate phone and email addresses for the primary contact.
FieldPulse is designed to accommodate both simple or advanced team structures. Whether you operate in multiple teams or a single team, each team can be run by a manager with various team members under their control. It also allows for possibility of bringing temporary subcontractors on as needed.
By offering various roles at various prices, you can fine-tune FieldPulse to your needs. You’ll never pay more for a certain user than you need to with the tiered pricing structure that’s available.
FieldPulse offers different roles for employees depending on the functions they need access to. From Managers to Subcontractors, FieldPulse has roles with varying permissions to align with your company structure.
If you don’t want an employee to be able to see or send out invoices, they would be assigned to the Subcontractor role, which does not allow them to see financial information. FieldPulse has a tiered pricing structure for different user types. Employees that don’t require access to all features have a lower monthly price than higher-level employees, meaning you can tailor FieldPulse to your current needs and make updates at any time.
Yes, FieldPulse allows you to create both quotes and invoices. FieldPulse allows you to create a quote for a customer and then quickly convert that quote to an invoice once the customer has approved the work. No need to recreate your quote as an invoice.
FieldPulse is a business management software tool. FieldPulse is designed to help tradies manage their business, record their customer data, schedule jobs for employees, create invoices and quotes, track payments, and understand their business operations. FieldPulse can be accessed via mobile or computer.
All FieldPulse data is housed on our secure servers. Simply logging in to the FieldPulse app on a new device will synchronize the new device to match your existing records, so you never need to worry about new devices.
